Once we have received your vendor submission and it is approved, you will be asked to sign the Milan Farmers' Market Rules and Regulations form.

If you want to become a vendor at the Milan Farmers’ Market please fill out the form below. Space will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
Milan Farmers’ Market vendors will have the benefit of being featured in our Vendor profiles and have the option to join in our marketing efforts for the Farmers' Market.
